By Metro: The Dubai Metro Red Line stops at the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Station. From the station, you can take a short shuttle bus or walk through the Dubai Mall to reach the Burj Khalifa.

Taxis are widely available, and you can also drive to the Burj Khalifa via Sheikh Zayed Road. Parking is available at The Dubai Mall.
